How we work

Upon receiving your call, you will be allocated a dedicated Manager who will remain your one point of contact as well as act as your Agent throughout the project lifespan.

He will initially take your instructions and discuss with you how best to achieve your objectives. Once this is agreed, you then progress to our services section considered most appropriate for your project.

Most importantly, we undertake this work on a no win no fee basis, meaning there are no upfront fees to pay and we only take a fee, which is a percentage of the claim value.

Insurance Fee Policy

Our fees are directly related to performance. This means there are no upfront fees.

As we fund our own time, we have a strong incentive to work harder on your behalf. Our fees are charged as a small percentage of the claim value. The increased value of the settlement we can achieve more than offsets the cost of our fee.

In the event that it is established that the insurance company is not liable and no settlement is achieved, we make no charge for our services.

Turn Key

On any project, large or small, a number of specialist trades and disciplines are required. For the project to run smoothly, on time and to budget, there is a need to effectively manage the respective trades. We have developed our Turn Key Service, designed to take all property based projects from concept to completion with minimum fuss and delay. Research shows that effective management provides Clients with a cost saving and this is where we excel by bringing together all disciplines and enabling them to be integrated seamlessly.
