We have direct access to over 200 pre-selected responsive contractors, whose services range from site securing and/or demolition to refurbishment and new build. Added to our in house management, this affords our Clients with a one stop solution to all their service requirements.

Upon receiving your call, you will be allocated a dedicated Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management of the site and act as your Agent throughout the project lifespan. He will initially assess the risk and take action to secure the site and deal with any emerging issues as required, which may include utility emergency call out.

A site assessment is then prepared and submitted with our recommendations and your decision is implemented with minimum fuss and delay.

Our turn key services offer solutions from concept to completion, sensitive to environmental issues and reduction in capital and running costs, and include the following, which can be commissioned at any stage:
